"A playful youkai that likes to run around energetically in the rain, waving its umbrella around. Watching it play so wholeheartedly when it's raining really brightens the mood. On the other hand, when it's sunny, the poor little guy is almost pitiful in how it loses all of its energy. I wasn't sure they could live alongside humans until it rained the other day and I saw one sharing a hug with an old farmer. What a relief."
