"An unpredictable and intimidating youkai in the shape of a large monk with blue skin and a large, single eye. Some eyewitness accounts describe it as a helpful being that saved them from danger while others timidly recall how it threw them around like a rag-doll. It's said that they were once devout priests, which is supported by the scrolls of sutras they carry. I heard someone say that they saw one reading scriptures with a Look Up Nyuudou, perhaps they're good friends?"
