This quest is started and completed when you first talk to Ibaraki Douji. Though this quest doesn't give you any items it allows you to know how to change bottles with Ibaraki Douji and the next quest that unlocks after completion of this quest, Order Forms, gives the player a bottle order form to test out the system that was just introduced to the player.
