Tatsuo the Weather Forecaster has heard about a curse that can manipulate the weather. He is interested in trying this curse out, but is unable to identify the items that are needed for the curse to take effect. Tatsuo the Weather Forecaster sees a passing Oni and flags him down to help him with this curse. The Oni agrees to help and sets off in acquiring the few items needed for the curse.
The Oni returns and hands the items over to Tatsuo the Weather Forecaster and he begins constructing the item immediately in hopes of manipulating the weather. Tatsuo the Weather Forecaster takes a step back to admire it when he notices something familiar about the curse, and realizes it is just a simple Teru teru bozu or "Shine Shine Monk" in English.
