"A creepy talisman that moves around of its own accord due to magic it's been imbued with. They were originally used for mundane tasks such as waiting in line or stand-ins for paperwork, but it is human nature to exploit a tool for their own gain. They look like ordinary pieces of paper, but imbuing them with a soul allows them to move around of their own accord. Unfortunately only people with special powers are able to utilize them, it's sad that some of them use their power for war."
