Kyuubee lives in the town of Yamataikoku and loves to cut hair and hairstyles in general. The main reason he is living in Yamataikoku is for the hairstyles. He loves hair so much he ordered the player to annihilate Penanggalan because they messed with his hair. He wishes that he was a hundred years younger so that he could eliminate the Penanggalan's tails himself.
Kyuubee cuts his hair with a pair of scissors that are sharpened with precious Purified Oil. The Purified Oil can only be made by 3 Eyed Sumashi Kotozo at the Ooyama Residence. When Kyuubee was younger, he would make the journey out to Oosumi Plains West whenever he ran out, but now he has to rely upon the player to get the Purified Oil for him.
Though Kyuubee has large experience in cutting hair, he has no experience in making wigs. He is put on the spot when Kuuhei the Busy Daruma, arives at his shop and asks for a wig. Though Kyuubee is reluctant to make one, he agrees to make an attempt at crafting a wig after the player insists upon Kyuubee helping Kuuhei the Busy Daruma out. Once given the materials, he was able to make a wig that satisfied Kuuhei the Busy Daruma quickly and easily.
