Lady Shizuka explains her love for children, especially Taiki. He may be a little mischievous, but he has an honest heart. When she heard that Taiki had gone missing, she got so worried and ended up panicking. She luckily had the player and Yoshitsune around who were able to keep a cool head to search and reluctantly find him. Lady Shizuka wants children to always have the face Taiki had on when he was reunited with his mother. When you become an adult, you have the freedom to choose your surroundings, but children don't have that ability.
