Background[]
Lantern Ghost Utseru is a part of the group of Youkai who set up the Haunted House dungeon for the Summer Yukata Festival in Onigashima Festival Grounds. Though he doesn't participate in the dungeon, he does help usher the player to the exit and even apologizes for Kubire Kumachi being too scary in the dungeon.
