The battle raged endlessly until the Sun Deity, Amaterasu Omikami placed 3 Grand Barriers and drew the curtains on the bloody conflict. Time passes until the present day, the 13th year in the Genreki era. Somone has destroyed one of the 3 Grand Barriers, marking the beginning of another great upheaval. Our tale begins on Onigashima, small island in the Western seas.
