Shinokichi the Guard guards the base of the Yellow Dragon Spire in Kyoto. He is not very brave for a guard and doesn't have a spine to stand up to something larger than him or more menacing. When he was talking to Susanoo during the quest "The Mysterious Fly", he sometimes forgets that he is the police and seems to call out for help very often when anything threatens him.
