Shuuhei is a busy Daruma and he seems keen on rushing around even when he needs to wait patiently for his wig. What a Loss Daruma needs a wig for is anyone's guess, but Shuuhei needs one and only Hairdresser Kyuubee has the skills needed to make the specified one for him. When Shuuhei is finally able to coax Hairdresser Kyuubee to make one for him he squeals in glee stating it to be perfect as he begins to rush back off into the unknown.

Shuuhei the Busy Daruma is first and last seen during the quest cut scenes of "Making Wigs" and is not seen or spotted afterwards.
