Matsugi lives in Yamataikoku with his daughter, Townsperson Agina. He worries for his daughter's future due to her caring more about her flowers than her own social life. He believes that the best way to help his daughter is to get her a popular toy, a Bamboo Rotocoptor. With this he believes she will be able to make friends and he asks a passing Oni to help locate one for him.
